The November meeting of the VC Morgan Horse Club was held at the Brier Creek Country
Club in Raleigh on Saturday, Nov, 13. President Leanne Jones called the meeting to
order; a quorum was declared.
The minutes were not read as the secretary was not present. The minutes for the spring
and summer 2010 meetings were posted on the website in October for membership
approval, per the motion passed at the August meeting.
Rob Marsh, treasurer, presented the treasurer’s report.
PayPal payments were discussed. There are still some issues regarding its effectiveness
at this time.
There was discussion regarding having a hard copy roster. The decision was made to
contact Suzette Boiselle regarding its cost and production. Pete Jaeger is to confirm the
computer program that compiled the Roster.
The show committee indicated the 2010 Southern States show finished in the black.
A motion was presented on the floor and passed that we nominate Dave Bramley as the
AMHA Director for Region 12. Voting for the AMHA Board positions will be held at the
annual convention in Boston in February, 2011.
